Community Standards

This page belongs to Linkygo; the service is operated by Selin Saygılı. It explains what is allowed on Linkygo, what is not, and how to report a problem. You do not need to sign in to read it.

These rules apply to the content on your own page as well as to the external links you publish from it. They form part of our Terms of Service; breaking them may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

1.Spam and misleading links#

Links that deceive people about where they lead, malware or phishing destinations, automated bulk account creation and artificial engagement are prohibited. A link's title must reflect where it actually goes.

2.Harassment, hate and threats#

Targeted harassment, degradation and threats against an individual; hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics; and content that calls for or glorifies violence are prohibited.

3.Illegal content#

Publishing content that breaks applicable law, or linking to such content, is prohibited. This includes the sale of illegal goods and services, sharing stolen data and pages set up for fraud.

4.Impersonation and misrepresentation#

Creating a page that presents itself as another person, brand or organisation without their permission is prohibited. Fan pages and parody accounts are exempt as long as the page states clearly what it is.

5.Intellectual property#

You must hold the necessary rights to everything you publish, including images, fonts and text. Rights holders and their authorised agents can submit infringement reports through the form below.

6.Child safety#

Linkygo has zero tolerance for any content, link or behaviour related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It is the only category where a violation results in account termination without warning.

The following are strictly prohibited on Linkygo:

• Any image, video or text depicting the sexual abuse of children (CSAM) — including uploading it, hosting it or linking to it on another site.
• Content that sexualises children, depicts them in a sexual context or implies as much.
• Attempts to contact, meet or build trust with children for sexual purposes (grooming).
• Content that normalises, praises or encourages the sexual abuse of children.
• Commercial sexual exploitation of children, trafficking, or facilitating either.
• Sharing a child's intimate images without consent, or using them as a threat.

If there is an immediate danger and a child is at risk, please contact your local law enforcement first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for contacting the authorities. Child safety reports are prioritised over all others; where necessary the relevant material and account details are reported to the competent authorities and we respond to lawful requests.

7.Age requirement#

Linkygo is not intended for anyone under 13; our Terms of Service state this explicitly. Accounts found to belong to someone under that age are closed.

8.How to report a violation#

If you see content on any Linkygo page that breaks these rules, report it at linkygo.app/report. You do not need an account or a sign-in to report. Every public Linkygo page also carries a "Report" link in its footer that opens the same form.

Select the relevant reason on the form (spam, harassment, intellectual property, illegal content or other) and describe the issue. Including the page address speeds up the review.

9.How we handle reports#

• Every report reaches us and is reviewed by an administrator.
• Child safety reports are reviewed first.
• If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the account is suspended or permanently terminated.
• The owner of a terminated account is blocked from creating a new one.

10.Legal compliance#

We are committed to complying with applicable child safety legislation and with app store child safety standards. When those standards change, we update our policy and this page.
